What is Cyber bullying?

Cyber bullying is when someone sends a message to intimidate, harass, tease or put someone down through the use of an electronic device. These messages can be sent by e-mail, texts, and chat rooms. Another way a cyber bully can bully someone else is by making a website to mock them.  Cyber bullies can also use chat sites so anyone using the Internet can see public comments that are made about a person.
